1Booking
Please remember you are responsible for booking your future appointments. We recommend booking ahead and checking you’re up to date after each visit to the salon. Bookings will only be open up to 6 months in advance.
2Cancellations
We require 48 hours notice for cancellations. A cancellation fee will be added to your file ( 50% for colours, 100% for haircuts) if you do not comply with this notice period. Fee’s must be paid prior to your next appointment at lbh. You may also be required to pay a deposit to hold a new appointment.
