  • At lbh salon, we specialise in lived in colours meaning we do not carry fashion (bright, pastel) colours.
  • We do not offer styling (blowdry’s, upstyling) as a single service.
  • We do not offer discounted kids cuts, all appointments are treated the same.
  • Not all stylist offer the same services.

New clients may be required to pay a deposit to secure an appointment, that is redeemable at the completion of service. (As long as you adhere to our cancellation policy below)

All lightening and keratin smoothing may require a 50% deposit. If you reschedule/cancel your appointment within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment you will forfeit the full amount of your deposit. If you would like to make another booking you will be required to pay a new deposit to secure an appointment. If you do not show up for your appointment you will forfeit the full amount of your deposit and will be required to pay a new deposit to secure an appointment.

If you are an existing client and reschedule or cancel within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment a 50% cancellation fee applies on colouring services and a 100% cancellation fee applies on haircut services.

If you are an existing client and ‘No show’ you will be required to pay a cancellation fee of 50% for all colouring services and 100% for all haircut services. If you would like to make a new booking you will be required to pay the cancellation fee and pay a deposit to secure an appointment.

We will no longer be allowing extras to accompany you to your appointment except for new borns or children that still stay in a pram. This includes family members, children and friends, we appreciate your understanding on this.

Please ensure your phone is turned on silent when entering the salon.

We will no longer be providing magazines and have updated to iPads for each seat in the salon.

Please remember to check you have your next appointments booked. We try our best to book ahead for you but we still need you to be proactive in this so you don’t miss out!

We send out our confirmation messages one week ahead for colours and three days ahead for mens cuts. Please respond ASAP as we require 48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule. We understand things happen, but we need as much notice as possible to ensure we fill the appointment.
